Welcome to Grace Glam House! To ensure the highest standard of professional service, punctuality, and a seamless experience for all clients, please read and understand the following policies before completing your booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Retainer Fee (Deposit)

• Non-Refundable Retainer: To secure any appointment slot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from your total balance.

• Payment Methods: Deposits are processed securely via the website booking platform. Remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of service via [e-Transfer / Cash / Major Credit Cards].

• Hold Times: Appointments are not confirmed or held without a paid deposit.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens; however, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our schedule.
• Rescheduling Notice: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without losing your deposit. The deposit can be transferred to a new date within 30 days of the original booking.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in a forfeit of the deposit. If cancellation is due to the artist your deposit will be refunded immediately.

• Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Canceling on the day of the appointment or failing to show up without notice ("No-Show") will result in a forfeit of the deposit, and you may be billed up to 100% of the remaining service balance before being allowed to book again.

3. Lateness Policy

Punctuality is crucial to ensure every client receives the full GraceGlam experience without rushing.
• Grace Period: A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.

• Late Fees: Arrival between 11 to 20 minutes late will incur a mandatory $30 late fee added to your final invoice.

• Automatic Cancellation: Arriving more than 20 minutes late means the appointment is automatically canceled to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The deposit will be forfeited and you are to pay in full.

4. Bridal & Large Group Bookings

• Contracts: All bridal bookings and large group/event glams require a signed Service Contract alongside the initial deposit to lock in the wedding date.

• Early Morning Fee: Appointments requested before 7:00 AM are subject to an early morning premium of $30.

5. Mobile (On-Site) Services & Travel Fees

While standard appointments take place at the Grace GlamHouse Studio location, on-site/Home services are available under the following terms:

• Travel Radius: Mobile services are subject to availability and require a baseline travel fee.

• Calgary & Surrounding Areas: Travel within Calgary city limits is billed at a flat rate of at least $50 or more depending on the distance of surrounding areas (Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, etc.).

• Parking Costs: The client is responsible for covering any hotel or venue parking fees incurred by the artist during mobile services.

6. Client Health, Hygiene, & Safety

• Skin Conditions & Infections: For health and sanitation reasons, services will not be performed on clients exhibiting open wounds, active cold sores, severe contagious skin infections, or severe pink eye. Please notify us immediately to reschedule if you experience these symptoms.

• Clean Face: Please arrive with a completely clean, washed face, free of leftover makeup, heavy oils, or strip lash glue.

• Plus-Ones: To maintain a calm, professional, and hygienic environment, we kindly request that clients do not bring extra guests, children, or pets to the studio space unless they are also receiving a service.

As the Glam Queens we are, we will only tolerate a mutual respectful environment. Please make sure to leave any negativity behind and come to your appointment ready to get Glammed up! Please ensure you thoroughly read our policy to ensure that everything works for you. If you are against any part of our policy, I would respectfully ask that you do not book an appointment. I look forward to seeing you!
All sales are final and non-refundable. Pictures & videos will be taken for social media purposes only, so please be picture ready!

$50 Extra would be charged for bookings during Holidays or Off Days!
 
Miscellaneous: Artist cannot be held accountable for any allergies / reactions or complications from makeup application. Lashes used are regular lashes or Mink Clients can bring any lash of their choice to the appointment.
If you are allergic to makeup products, please come with your own products. 
Any photo or videos taken by artist can be used for their own promotional use, otherwise agreed prior to appointment.
